JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist customers in all their automotive service needs including the following steps:

• Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
• Schedule Service appointments
• Provide helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints
• Notify Managers of customer complaints
• Greet service customers immediately upon entering service center
• Ensure service drive is clean

• Compensation - $10.00 - $14.00 (depending on experience) + spiffs for performance

Your supervisor will be Brian (BJ) Scott, our Service Director, who has over 20 years of automotive experience!

6914 Blanding Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32244, one mile north of I-295. 

Your supervisor will be James Latham, our Service Manager, who has over 15 years of automotive experience!

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in customer relations and telephone handling recommended
• Experience in a call center environment a plus
• Positive attitude
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and prioritization skills
• Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to operate an automobile with a valid driver's license
